A tough climb up Igloo Mountain in Denali National Park was rewarded with a wonderful afternoon observing and photographing a band of Dall sheep ewes and lambs. Dall sheep are white year round and young lambs are in constant motion - running, jumping, butting heads and at times testing their agility and balance on top of their moms. Some moms tolerate this behavior better than others.
